$30 Million U.S. Farmin & Joint Venture with Sumitomo Corp.
Novo has a strong shareholder base including Kirkland Lake, established businessman Eric Sprott, Sumitomo and Newmont Gold Corp.
Beatons Creek is Novo's foundation project with a resource of 900,000 ounces at ~2 grams per tonne. Beatons Creek is now fully permitted.
Novo has been exploring Karratha for 18 months through bulk sampling and diamond drilling. Karratha is comprised of a number of joint venture arrangements.
Acquired in 2018, Egina is the company's third major project. Novo will advance the Egina project through the $30 million U.S. farmin and joint venture with Sumitomo Corporation.
